I want to play the game with all DLC’s. Are there any bundles to purchase instead of tediously buying one at a time?

I do not want to buy anything for purely cosmetic reasons, but the DLC’s that contain game changes like the Arctic or adding new locations/buildings, I would like.

But I can not seem to find a definitive bundle that does this. I know there are the GOLD Edition Year 5, as well as the Anniversary package, but both do not show exactly what is offered in its entirety. Perhaps I’m not looking correctly, but I wanted to perhaps purchase off steam.

Do these DLC’s go by “season”? If so, the ones I previously played are season 1 and 2, but I would like to purchase a bundle that includes everything. I would like to even rebuy the entire game to support the devs.

So yeah. Would anyone know what bundle look for if I wanted all the current DLC’s and features?
