all of my quest stopped progressing suddenly., is there any other way to restart it?

Hi All,
All of my quest suddenly stopped, it seems that i am unable to continue with the quests for the investors, - i cant build the skyscrapper even if i have tier 15 buildings
Tourist it seems i cant trigger the royalty so that i could start to finish with the iron tower
my artic quest doest seem to finish, the last quest i seem to remember was to create a airship now that i have plenty the quest dialog doesnt appear
