Hi all, I've just started playing the tourist season DLC and while I think I get most of how it works, the happiness linked to the hotspots is really confusing me. I've added a screenshot of one the things that I'm struggling to understand. The hotel on the left of the picture has a museum happiness of 99 and no matter what I do, or how many bus stops I place, it never moves to 100. Yet my docklands, which is so far down that it's not even in the picture, has a happiness of 100. I thought it might be linked to attractiveness level, but it can't be that either, since my museum is at 576 and my docklands is just over 500. If I move the museum closer to the hotel, it then becomes 100. So I have two main questions and if anyone could answer either of them, I would be very grateful.
Is the reason my docklands need is at 100 for this stop (and every other stop) while my museum isn't, because it's one of the hotspots that always gives you 100, no matter what? Like the World's Fair?
Do I just need to accept that there will just be some hotels that don't get 100 happiness for some of the hotspots because of the distance, regardless of how many bus stops I put on the roads between them? There is no way I'm moving my zoo it took me an age to make it! I'll just take the hit on the hotels if need be!

Thanks for the info, that's very frustrating not just because, as you say, it kind of restricts your building options, but also because one of the ways I say I've 'beaten' the game on sandbox is when every resident type has all bars full 😞
