Soundcore Select Pro continues to power off

I just had one delivered from Walmart. It does sound great but it only works when it's plugged in charging. Even with 100 percent charge if unplugged it just turns off completely. Ill connect play some music (with it being at 100 percent charge) and it just powers off within 15 seconds. Can anyone help? Anyway to reset or something ? I've already contacted customer service but since it's Saturday I won't be able to speak to them until Monday.
