Figure arrived with minor damage to the tree. I paid insurance so I am at least entitled minimum of 10% back in refund based on their policy. Yet they only refunded 35$ out of the 404$ that I spend 460 if you include shipping. At first they only wanna refund 21$. It's very frustrating cause you pay extra for insurance and they try to give you less of what you should get. Very bad customer service. Just imagine, them getting 20$ of your money from insurance and pocketing it. What if there's 10 customer with the same scenario, that's 200$ ... buyers beware...
