could use a little help. I've seemed to lost an anime.

I watched this anime earlier this year The mc was poor selling things on the street to support in him and his sister.after school. They witness a guy using fire abilities that was supposed to be magic.
Mc gets the power to basically get skill points off reactions from others which goes into a gotcha game.
He ends up in a dungeon at some point selling a whole bunch of weapons and food to fellow classmates.
His sister gets powers too at sompoint I think necromancy or somthing.
