Hello everyone. This question does sound strange, but I've been planning on a series of YouTube videos about anime studios and their most notable series from each one, and I noticed that some studios would release more than one anime per season in the same year. Meaning if the new season started in July, for example, that one anime can start on the 2nd of the month and the second would premiere on the 5th. Is this a normal practice or would this mean that something would be going on for a studio to release more than one anime in the same season?
