Looking for New Anime to Watch

Hey everyone,
So the pandemic had gotten me into rewatching some of my favorite Animes. Now that I've rewatched then, I'm looking for some new ones that might be in the same category as my favorite. Here is a small list of my favorites:
- Samurai Champloo
- Dororo
- Tokyo Ghoul
- AOT
- Promised Neverland
- Assassination Classroom
- Black Clover
Those are just a few but I would say those are my top favorites with Samurai Champloo and Dororo coming in at number 1 and 2. Anybody have any suggestions on some anime that's similar it in the same category/genre you would recommend to check out?
