Amazon Prime not showing english dubs?

Because I know location matters, I live in Canada. Toronto, to be exact

I'm browsing through the anime section on Amazon Prime, and for some reason the shows only have original Japanese and the French dub? I speak French, so worst comes to worst I can still watch these shows dubbed, but I would prefer watching them in English. I've done some research, and it does seem like Amazon has the English versions of these shows, but as far as I can tell they're all region locked.

Anyone facing a similar problem and has found a solution?
