Looking for good recommendations on Amazon Prime

Whether it be shows or movies, I'm looking for some stuff that is above average.
I'm kind of picky about my anime. I love the greats like Cowboy Bebop, Akira, Evangelion, anything by Satoshi Kon or Masaaki Yuasa. I haven't found a Berserk anime that I love but the manga is my favorite.
I'm into moody 80's and 90's anime with dark neon city vibes. Anything with a good atmosphere and interesting story
