Finally got around to watching it this past week, and it's amazing. I find the last few episodes kinda rocky for me, but I get why Banri would act that way considering what he's going through.
To be honest, I couldn't really stand Kouko at first because of how clingy she is, and it reminded me of my ex (in an annoying way), but I grew to love her. I get why she
I like how the anime can shift from being serious to comedic at times, and the slapstick comedy does not feel forced to me. That whole Eiffel Tower cracked me up.
With this, I now have Toradora! in my plan to watch list, seeing they were made by the same author, although I don't know when I'll get to that, seeing that my list is so long.
Sidenote: Kouko is voiced by the same VA as Hanekawa! I wouldn't be able to tell that they are the same person based on the songs (thinking of The World's End vs chocolate insomnia)
