Which is better DBZ or Bleach?

I've never watched Bleach, but I've heard it has its ups and downs. That said, if you take away the, what I call "The 90's Bias" from DBZ, then DBZ isn't really as amazing as people make it seem. It repeats the same animations for fights, repeats the same characters, it becomes an endless cycle of power-ups and lots of other things. That said, from someone that has watched Bleach and DBZ, which do you find is better? (note: before you think I don't like DBZ, I love it. I'm just willing to state some flaws in it)
