List of Spanish Soccer Anime...

Looking for a specific Soccer Anime that ran on Univision or Telemundo (spanish tv networks) in the 90s. The show feature a kid with a rival that was vastly superior. I forgot the name of the show AND the characters except for Los Tanques. They were 2 chubby but strong twin brothers that played for one of the teams... i figure if someone can help with a list... maybe I can figure it out
Tried Google and it gets me nowhere... tried a list of shows on said channels and it gets me nowhere -__-
