I just finished Mirai Nikki/The Future Diary… again. And once again, as there is every time I finish one this good, I feel a void in my heart that I need to fill with a similar anime lol.

I think what I’m craving is another anime with passionate love (I know that’s a weak way to describe THAT shows love, but don’t want to spoil anything for those who haven’t seen, and don’t need it to be AS intense). In so much anime, there’s love, but it’s usually a one sided innocent crush story or a love triangle, and it lacks passion from any POV, and nobody makes a move, and nothing happens. I want something where the love isn’t a secondary focus, or a small little thing that’s not really taken seriously.

I’ve seen a lot but since I’ve been watching anime for well over a decade now it’s possible that by now I’ll have forgotten it even if I’ve seen it. I know I’ve watched some shows 2 or 3 times and don’t realize it immediately. I think my current top choice is Fruits Basket. Also might rewatch clannad again, since I haven’t cried in a few years, though this time I’ll probably skip over a bit since I am mostly looking for the romance.

If possible, I’d like it to be dubbed. My ADHD is severe and I usually multitask, and I can’t exactly read subs while cooking for example. If you recommend something without a dub, please give a heads up about that but if it’s a good match I might watch during periods where I’m not multitasking.

God, every time I finish this show I wish there was more. Prequel or sequel. Damn. Pls gimme something for this emptiness.
