What is the worst/weakest start to an anime you’ve seen?

There’s quite a list of amazing starts or first episodes to anime in recent years, and multiple first episodes that could be argued to be the best introduction to an anime, but what about the opposite? What anime have you watched that had an absolutely terrible first few episodes? Doesn’t matter if it got better or not, just solely the start of the anime.

I actually agree. It's one of my favorites, but every time I re-watch it I need to readjust to the cringe of the show and it takes me a few tries to get to the good part
