Whats an anime that does something better than a genre its not in ?

For instance many people on this sub agree kurisu and okabe are a better couple than most couples in a romance anime. In my opinion I find one punch man funnier than most comedy anime despite not being a comedy anime. I also find vinland saga season 2 a better slice of life anime than 90% of slice of life anime out there. How about you guys? edit: Ok I get it guess one punch man is a comedy anime but can we agree vinland saga season 2 is better than most slic eof life anime?
