Which Anime should I watch first?

I’ve decided I want to try anime. I used to think it was nerdy ( which is ironic bc I’m obsessed with Star Wars and other nerd stuff ) but I’ve been going to the gym for a little over a year now, and all gymbros love anime so I decided to try it out. Which should I start with. I want something REALLY hype so I can watch it and then go to the gym. I was thinking abt dragon ball. I also want something serious, with good action. What are your suggestions?
