Maybe this post will have an exclamation instead of question mark in the future, but does anyone here have any insight into Disney Animation's new(ish) portal hiring process?

It's a little frustrating because their is no point of contact except for an email with no return address. I have made it to the next round of interviews but I have no idea when the start date is, how long this process will be, etc. I have other offers and I am just trying to figure this out. I guess Disney figures people will drop everything for them so they don't need to provide a point of contact.

Does anyone have insight in how long this process usually takes and what these "5 steps" mean? (Particularly steps 3-4 which seems to be their two steps dedicated to interviews).
