Looking for an 2D SFX animator

I’m currently in the process of creating a 2D animated film, “Unseen”. I have the screenplay completed and commissioned a song for the climax and the trailer. I am planning to find an animator who can do clean sketched animations for me, of action scenes and special effects. Then I can render it myself. The reason I don’t have it rendered all by one animator is because I’m a student so my budget isn’t high. BUDGET: $15-50 per second Must be able to work well with others.
