I am an American Living in Eastern Europe and Meet a very talented animator and we want to start a animation company. I want to find clients in The US and outsource the work to here because the cost of labor is much lower here but there are tons of talented Animators here. I was looking into getting into 3rd animation specifically medical animation for companies or possibly for other companies who want 3rd animation videos. Any advice would be great from finding clients. If this idea is sound? If its really competitive? Any other great advice would be very useful. Thanks!
