I'm helping organize a music video collab. Before I start reaching out to people about it, I want to get a ballpark estimate for what the "minimum" payment would be for 10 secs of animation. Keep in mind there are no studios or anything involved, it's all out of pocket from my client. Also keep in mind that we do equally consider animators with little to no experience working on "big projects."
Here's an example of how I plan on rotoscoping it. Just the little 2D animation effects, the footage will still show behind it.
