Need advice selecting raid teams

I am level 30 and am now saving a lot of gold to eventually build a stronger team with UR's, however right now I have two maxed out strong teams. The problem is I dont know when to use which one, I built these teams based on an online resource. Sometimes my lifesteal team does SIGNIFICANTLY better compared to my poison team even though the power level is over 200 lower. When I scroll raids right now I do around level 700 raids, and during the VIolet Evergarden event I could do around level 1000 of her. I am just curious as a beginner who basically just climbed tower and did not research raid teams, how to know when to select which team for what raids.
