ROUTINE: Before and After Anhedonia?

Lots of days I just sit at the computer without any purpose - nothing enjoyable in the present and nothing to look forward to. I don't even know what sites to visit, where to go because everything seems meh and I don't feel anything. I still have to work, but I work from home and honestly I can get by by working only 5 hours a week for better or for worse.

It feels like I am just killing time. I can't even watch a movie - They're not really enjoyable and I have no patience for them. Just switch tabs trying to read news and social media. Meh. Fortunately I do get sparks of 'motivation' but they're too rare too little lately.

Before this, I used to be into learning so many things - buddhism, philosophy, psychology, advance my career, go to coffee shops and work with my laptop, skincare, video games and so on.

What do you do to cope daily with anhedonia? What's your routine?
