I'm just learning angular, but have a few years experience developing web apps (among other things). I've completed code school's "shaping up with angular" course and feel ready to play around with my first web app. The problem is that I'm finding conflicting development ideologies. Code school's course takes the prototype-then-modularize approach, but one of the things that got me excited about angular was the ability to build one module at a time and then link them. That's the whole point, right? So the question here is: do you prefer to
- build an app ground-up and then modularize
- start with a full-featured boilerplate app and then customize
- start with minimal boilerplate and then pull in small modules ad hoc
I think #3 represents my ideal development scenario, but many of the modules on ngmodules.org seem to be collections or suites of modules.
