App Deployment
Post Body

Hello, I've started working with Angular recently so I'm new to this subreddit.

I've built my first angular app and I'm trying to deploy it so that I can get some feedback from the interwebs. The app runs fine on my localhost but when I push a built to Heroku it will not run. I'm not sure if this is a compatibility issue with Heroku but I cannot find many people complaining about this so I feel like it's a problem on my end. I followed a set of directions for Heroku deployment and they didn't seem to help.

My app was scaffolded with Yeoman's angular generator.

Questions:

  • Should I even be using Heroku at all? Is there a better way to deploy Angular apps?

  • Is there some special thing I should be doing to make the app Heroku-compatible?

Thanks in advance.
