I opened a private room karaoke club and broke even the month we did our grand opening. Want to take this to another level but used all my savings to open it up. Any suggestions on what I can do. I didn't qualify for an sba because of my income fluctuations as a realtor. But need some sort of financing to improve the place, get a sign for the building, advertising, etc.
