How can I recover my voice recording from my rooted one plus 8?

I can’t get into the phone because of a software issue that when I turn it on it just blinks in between lock and Home Screen which im sure is from rooting it. It’s been rooted 6 months but just recently started doing this. The screens works perfectly fine in recovery mode and boot menu
I have a super important voice recording on my phone that I need. Is there anyway to get it ? Maybe via adb or something? I’m desperate
