I'm in my early 30's and have found myself unwell with a rare condition, requiring medication and lifestyle changes to support getting well again. The medication causes memory and mood issues, so I'm looking for a good app to track some of the more important points so that I can report back accurately to my different doctors. I could make good use of tracking and reminders for the following items, but am open to more.
I'm aware of several apps that do some of these things, but they almost all only do one item on the list. I'm hoping to find a more overall health tracker/reminder app. Thanks!
- Medications (tracking if taken, reminders to take, etc)
- Symptoms
- Appointments or follow up times
- Exercise or activity
- Weight charts
- Dietary tracker or recommendations
Thanks so much for your help, everyone. Stay well, friends.
Edit: I ended up finding Bearable to use. It let me track things like symptoms, mood, activities, medications, etc and compare them to find patterns. It also has reminders for medications and seemed really customizable.
