Best App to mirror android to PC.

Hi.
Can someone recommend a great app for mirroring Android to PC? Would like to play a particular android game on PC, but it blocks emulators.
- Needs to be quick to render, and responsive to clicking. No quality loss would be nice as well.
- USB connection is fine, but Bonus points if it can use local network to connect (instead of going across the web).
- Free preferable (of course :P). Cheap one time purchase would be fine, as long there is a trial to try with first, or you have personal experience using it for gaming.
