What's everyone's thoughts on package disabler pro?

It is the second most paid app and it costed me 4.99 cdn . Sorry if this sounds dumb but how do you use it? What I did was disable all of Samsung's bloatware.is that a smart move? Other forums say it speeds up your phone . I have the note 9.
