Would a Live.ly/Musical.ly auto downloader interest anyone?

I've been using the apps (mostly Live.ly) for a while and the most annoying thing I find is that I always miss my favorite creators livestreams due to timezone differences and I've seen loads of people saying the same on youtube vids of live.ly streams.

I'm just wondering, I'm going to build an auto Live.ly downloader for myself (also possibly an auto Musical.ly downlaoder too) and wondered if anyone would be interested if I were to make it public? Probably not but I though I should ask before I spend a long time on UI design.
