I mean this screen when I want to share a file.

Hey there, I'm looking to find an app that will allow me pin which ever apps I want in whatever order i want. I would like to be able to pin specific groups/people from certain apps. For example, I would like to be able to pin the Whatsapp application as well as a particular contact or group; Same with Facebook Messenger. I would like to be able to pin email address that then open up to my default email app, as well as the ability to pin phonebook contacts.

I would appreciate any and all suggestions. Please and Thank You :)
