Google Play Store Freezes

Ever since the most recent beta, whenever I open up the Google Play Store, it stops responding, sometimes it will crash over and over, but eventually if I hit "wait" on the not responding prompt, sometimes it will respond.
I have tried force stopping the app, clearing the cache, restarting my phone, and none of it has fixed it. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Edit: my play store version is: "16.1.23-all [0] [PR] 262206441"
