I’ve been working on putting together a chronological podcast playlist consisting of several different podcasts, all combined on one chronological playlist. Basically, learn world history thru podcasts.
Anyway, I haven’t listened to many of the available Bronze and Stone Age podcasts, like History of Egypt Podcast, History of Greece, History of Persia. Also, more broad-themed shows like The Ancient World, History with Cy and the like.
For every other period of time before and after the Bronze/Iron, I’ve listened to almost all available pods, but I have a gap in this time period. So here is what I’m needing:
What pods do you know that cover the Bronze and/or Iron Ages? Can be about one culture or more broad themed.
Has anyone listened to any of the above-mentioned podcasts? If so, what did you think of them? Well done? Too broad? Too detailed? Bad audio? Bad narrator? Basically, should they be included in the playlist?
In particular, I’m needing information on History of Egypt, Persia, Greece. There’s also another Ancient Greek pod called Casting Through Ancient Greece. Which Greek show is better? Or should I include both? Oh, also I need info on The Study of Antiquity and the Middle Ages.
Any tiny bit of info is greatly appreciated!
