Where to learn design skills?

Im a manager for a data analytics team.A lot of our deliverables are dashboards. The team has great technical skills in data modeling, security, data management, etc. They are highly proficient in our tools.

We aren't great at design. Color, shape, spacing, etc. Where can we learn these skills?

I know a lot of places to learn the tech skills. Pluralsight, DataCamp, etc. But I haven't been successful in finding a vendor that teaches design oriented skills, or maybe I don't even know the vocabulary to search for.
