It's very much got the analog horror aesthetic, except that it's a comedy series instead...for the most part, anyway.
The episodes are presented as VHS tapes of a 90s Saturday morning cartoon block, so it's got all the analog horror staples (degraded tape glitches, era appropriate commercials, occasional breaking news interruption, etc) but with a comedic slant. It's still a little weird and eerie, but it's more from the feeling of "man, was my childhood really that long ago?" existential dread.
I personally really dig analog horror as a concept, but my own work is usually comedy based, so getting to see two of my interests intersect in such a weirdly specific way is really neat, and I definitely think if anyone will appreciate what the series is going for, it's this sub.
(Honestly, check out nearly anything Kyle Mooney (the show creator) has done, a lot of his stuff has a clear analog/retro television influence).
