Nerfs were minor - can still solo baron easily

Tested it in the training tool. Aegis Demonic Embrace any boots (I used plated but it wont matter)
I was still able to solo and end with half health at level 8. Still easily doable at level 12 since that's about the time baron spawns and you have those items.
Seems like these nerfs affect ap amumu more than anything.
