BUGGY AF Q - anyone else?

Anyone else noticed lately that Amus Q will go straight thru someone with no damage or stun if you are 1v1 someone and right up their ass? Multiple times this has happened. Last time was vs a jax and I woulda won the fight. Also, since when does skarner get out of my R without getting a stun. Was 1v1 on a skarner and I hit R and he kept moving and killing me. And no, he didnt have a QSS. But I digress... amus Q. Buggy AF lately. Anyone else?
