Pressure in palm from using crutches

Hi! So whenever I don’t have my leg on, I use my crutches (under arm) I have pad covers over the crutches, but I’ve been having extreme pain when I have to put pressure on the palm of my right hand when I take a step with the crutch. Have any of you experienced this? Any suggestions?
