My friend has me added as a guest on his Airbnb reservation, and he's the primary holder. It's under his phone number and email address. He recently changed phone numbers and forgot to update the reservation with the new one, and I now need to update the credit card for the reservation. Since the numbers don't match, I need his email address to get everything sorted out. I'm trying to get him to tell me what his email address for the account is and this is the conversation. Am I wrong here for not explaining it properly or is he wrong for just not getting it? Texts:

Edit: Oops, I forgot to add that he claimed to have fixed it and that he could log in, but he'd actually just created a new account with a new email address and his new number.
