Am I wrong for being upset when called a narcissistic?
Post Body

TW: death threats around the end

I (21F) have been friends with this guy (22M) for more than a year. We used to be in a relationship for a year and a half until things crumbled down due to some cheating on his side. After a while we decided to come in contact again to see how he's doing and we became friends again.

(Important note: I have an anxious attachment style)

Lately we've been having many arguments and he told me to become more independent and open about my feelings, which I did but for some reason I was made as the bad guy.

The argument was settled eventually with a deal, he communicates, I become independent and communicate my feelings as well. Skip to 3 weeks later, we had an argument again. I expressed that he seemed to be choosing his other friends more than me and again I was made as the bad guy and I apologised for being a nuisance and so we left each other alone for the day to cool off like we usually do.

The next day, all of a sudden, I received a message from him and his boyfriends calling me a cunt and a narcissist and that I should walk into traffic and kill myself for hurting their sweet hubby. (He's not sweet. He's only sweet for the first 3 months)

So am I wrong for being upset because I didn't know my actions were narcissistic? Were they even narcissistic at all??
