Hey so this is gonna be a long one so buckle up for the ride…I’ve (M27) been working at my current company and air conditioning company based in London UK for almost 3 years now,I got the job originally in the middle of 2021 from my now ex best friend who was fired for issues surrounding incorrectly disposing clean and unused building materials that cost thousands of pounds,insolence and lack of care…I’ve had one other main coworker (M54) hes a difficult character and pretty old school but an easy enough human being to work with but even he rages he says insulting things to me like I’m stupid and an idiot and what’s wrong with me (bear in mind dear readers I have ADHD and Anxiety it’s a miracle I have held down this job given that and I’m credit to myself) I usually take this on the chin and crack on I’m their to do a job and not involve myself In playground antics but today was one of the worse days I’ve had working this job I got into a argument with another coworker today (M24) who is lazy and incompetent,my job is based around manual labour and he never lifts his finger and even lacks the energy to do most tasks.i asked him to help put boxes in our work van he told me no and that he was a Runner and he had to pick up 32 bottles without any existence which is legit his job not mine (someone that runs materials for a construction company) even though we were told by my main supervisor that he was air conditioning filter engineer just like us.i have trained this new starter to the best of my ability and taught him a lot and even assisted and lead with his which is certainly not in my Job Description as I’ve explained I have my own main duties.he told me that I bitch off my other co worker (M54) and that if I continued to talk to him I was going for construct criticism and he called me a dickhead…I kept my mouth shut…back to the situation with my (M54) he started having a go at me and I’m afraid to admit I lose my cool and said everyone’s having a go at me today he then said I started that fight with the (M24) Co worker I didn’t and then said I was moaning like a baby which I wasn’t I wasn’t in the right mood to get disrespected and yelled at for trying to what I think is the decent thing to do and tell my co workers in the nicest way that I needed help…I left those two at 1pm and worked until 4pm I started work at 6am this morning I haven’t had a break until about an hour ago.i told my boss what I’ve just told you and that I feel disrespected and they need to elevate and train me beyond this current situation cos my ability to deal with it is exhausted question is thou Am In the wrong for trying to be true to my morals and tell my co workers where they are going wrong?
