I'm a 32 year old guy. I've been overweight my whole life and have been going through a weight loss journey over the past year and a half. In February of 2019 I was 280lbs. I'm currently about 227. I say about 227 because the scale is always fluctuating. I was a size 48 in February of 2019 and now I'm a size 40.
I'm concentrating a lot on martial arts (taekwondo) and have been working out a lot with weights and am trying to lose weight and build muscle. The end goal is to look "ripped." I got a long way to go but I am at it every single day. I'm not that good with pictures or taking them.
My self confidence goes up and down with my appearance every day. I look in the mirror sometimes and say "Man, you haven't lost anything" but then there are days when I look in the mirror and say "Dude, great job!" I am my own worst enemy lol.
So. Yeah. Let me know what y'all think.
