My first faint lines!

So I recently tested and I came up with two different ones that came up with faint positives .. the day after I tested I started spotting, and then moved into a semi normal period, it wasn’t as heavy as it usually is , but it wasn’t just spotting either, there was some clots as well (sorry for TMI) lol also I had cramps for the entire month before and the day of it starting, but since it’s started I haven’t been crampy at all

A little history, I have pcos and a history or cysts along with a few surgeries that left me with only one ovary left. I have never in my life gotten a positive pregnancy test , so I finally got not one but two, and then my period.. it’s only going on day 4 but it’s super super light and barely there, only really when I wipe now.. I read online it is kinda normal to have your first period after conception, and I plan to test again.. but I’m just wondering if anyone has anything to say on this? Has it happened to you? Was your pregnancy viable? I’m 27 , over weight but recently started hitting the gym to be more healthy. I have always wanted a child , but I’m also worried that I miscarried.. sooo anything you guys know or have had happen with you I would love to know anything helps!
