Applied for Green Card last week , getting calls from weird number.

So I applied for the Amex Green Card last week, and over the last two days i have gotten calls from this number: 6472585011 and When i search online, it pops up Amex websites, but none of those have listed that number. The weird thing is that when I answer, they speak to me in french that they are from the fraud department at amex canada, and that if i have received a card i should call them immediately... SO idk if it's real or fake. Because I haven't gotten an email of approved yet, nor the card.
