US has been over 100k plenty, but this is the first time the canadian card hit 100k, so very excellent time to sign up. Without his affiliate link or referral the card only offers 50k atm.

From the article:

I agree with his valuation if you transfer them to airlines especially.

Also of note not in the article: My business platinum currently has 2 credits of $50 for spending $500 in a single transaction (easy with a giftcard purchase). These are not guaranteed since amex offers are sometimes personalized, but from what I read everyone who got the card now is getting this, so even more free cash :)
