Hi, I have history with Amex Canada but I am applying for my first American Amex card which is the promoted Marriott Bonvoy Bevy. When submitting the application, I put down all of the required information including ITIN but every time I hit submit to go to the next step, I just get the loading pin wheel and it promptly takes me back to the top of the page. No errors or missing required fields. I’ve tried safari on my phone as well as Firefox so I don’t think it’s a browser issue. A friend of a friend also apparently had the same issue but never resolved it. Posting to see if anyone else has dealt with this, would appreciate any help or advice!
