I got accepted for Platinum Everyday Cashback a month or so ago - days later, my card got blocked and I hit a financial review. I am really unsure what triggered it, but I sent the bank statements they requested on the 26th May and still haven't heard back.

I've been calling and one lady on the phone said it's rare - they used to do 10 working days resolutions but she kind of said that quite a big bunch of UK accounts have gone to financial review in bulk so they've removed this 10 working days ETA.

Is anyone in the same situation as me? Just kinda want to know if it's true so many accounts have gone randomly to financial review. ty
