Can you have a CYO doll shipped to the store?

So, my birthday is coming up and my boyfriend wants to take me to the American Doll store since there's one in our state. I really want to have a mini me as my first doll, but I also want the experience of getting her from the store. Does anyone know if they hold CYOs / any of your purchases in store for you to pick up? I couldn't find it in the FAQ on their website and am nervous to email them lol. I'm willing to if this is something I should ask the specific location, I just want to know!
