I feel weird asking this since I've been an AG rewards member for ages now, but March 16th was my first time visiting the cafe and paying for it with my own money and my individual rewards account. I got the points for my doll hair salon and merchandise purchases today, but the bistro didn't ask me for my phone number, so I thought I might need to add my receipt manually.
However, when I try to do that it says it can't find the order. Am I just entering something wrong or haven't waited long enough? I figured I would wait some days but since my other purchases went through this one should be in the system right? I'm prepared to have to contact CS, I just figured I would ask here first.
I don't think I've ever had to add a receipt manually, but of course the bistro is different from retail purchases.
